FULHAM have completed the capture of Leeds United captain Ross McCormack for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £11 million.
The 27-year-old striker, who took over the armband from Rodolph Austin earlier this year, was the Championship's top scorer last season after scoring 28 league goals for the Elland Road club.
Following lengthy negotiations between the two sides, McCormack has signed a four-year deal with the Cottagers and will join their pre-season tour of Scotland.
Fulham have fended off competition from fellow relegated club Norwich to land the Scottish international as they look to bounce back to the Premier League at the first attempt.
The deal makes Glasgow-born McCormack the second most expensive Scottish player of all time after Steven Fletcher, who joined Burnley from Hibernian for £12 million in 2009.
He is also now eighth on the list of all-time most expensive British strikers.
? DID YOU KNOW ?
Ross McCormack created 107 chances last season, more than any other Championship player.
McCormack, who becomes Fulham's fifth summer signing, also joins fellow ex-Motherwell player Shaun Hutchinson in switching to Craven Cottage.
After handing in a transfer request last week, McCormack remained in England while the rest of the Leeds squad travelled to Italy for a training camp.
Leeds owner Massimo Cellino had insisted the former Cardiff and Rangers forward was not for sale and rejected a £10 million from Fulham on Sunday.
Now the deal is done, Fulham boss Felix Magath is delighted to have secured the coveted talent of McCormack - who came close to joining West Ham in January.
He told the club's official website: "I'm very happy with the signing of Ross McCormack who will be an important player for our squad.
"Ross was not only the top scorer in the Championship last season, but also made a lot of assists, so has a proven pedigree at this level which can only be an asset to us."
McCormack will compete with the likes of Kostas Mitroglou, Darren Bent, Adam Taggart, Hugo Rodallega and Cauley Woodrow for a starting place in attack.
