CHRIS Foy will be the man in the middle for Saturday's lunchtime Premier League game between Burnley and Manchester United.
The 51-year-old takes charge at Turf Moor as both sides search for their first league win of the campaign having lost in the Capital One Cup in midweek.
He will be assisted by Fifa linesmen Mike Mullarkey (Devon) and Mick McDonough (Tyne & Wear), while Mark Clattenburg (County Durham) is the fourth official.
Foy sent off Tottenham's Kyle Naughton and West Ham's James Collins in Spurs' 1-0 win at Upton Park on the opening day - his only other game so far this season.
The Merseyside-based referee took charge of 32 games in all competitions last term, brandishing 89 yellows and six red cards as well as awarding eight penalties.
Foy officiated two United league games last term against Sunderland and Swansea, the latter being in January.
He handled one match involving Burnley and was a late replacement for Mike Jones in their 2-0 Championship defeat by Leicester at Turf Moor in March.
This is set to be the final season on the Select Group for the St Helens-born whistler before retirement with Foy approaching 250 top-flight games since his first back in 2001.
Louis van Gaal is still seeking his first victory as United manager while newly-promoted Burnley have lost all three games they have played in all competitions.
The 12:45 BST kick-off in front of a full house in east Lancashire will be screened live on BT Sport.
